These Unofficial Olympics Correspondents Deserve A Gold Medal ASAP

Two besties on a trip to Paris, what could go wrong?

Stop the presses — The Inspired Unemployed have found a new job with Swisse.

Besties and partners-in-crime Jack Steele and Matt Ford are off to a new gig in Paris — the 2024 Olympics to be more specific.

Two people wearing tracksuits, holding suitcases and a cardboard sign reading "PARIS" on a wet street. Faces not visible

They're Swisse's correspondents for the Olympics, proving that saying yes to your friend's "We should start a podcast" suggestion can actually lead somewhere.

Not saying that this is your sign to buy that podcasting kit but you just never know what might happen.

Across the Olympics' three week run, Steele and Ford will be giving the punters their sports commentary from the streets of Paris. There's already a few topics that they're keen to get into, including:

Microphone on a table beside a suitcase. Person in yellow sneakers and green pants with yellow stripes is partially visible

    1. The Olympics' new sports — breakdancing, surfing and skating

    2. Olympians swimming in the River Seine (allegedly)

    3. The reported Below Deck vibes of Paris' opening ceremony

    4. And of course, Australia's national treasures: The Matildas

Australian women's soccer team, wearing yellow jerseys, celebrates on the field. Goalkeeper Williams, wearing gloves and a number one jersey, joins the group

Let's see what yarns the blokes will spin throughout their time in France's capital city.

Either way it's sure to be a fun time for the best mates and you can tune into all of it via Swisse's YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.
